1、欧洲食品公司，进入中国超过20年，中国总部位于上海
2、上班地点是中国区总部，位于长宁区，附近有轨道交通2,3,4,10号线
3、英语口语熟练，人事总监是外籍
4、全日制本科学历
5、来自全行业皆可，不限制于快消公司
6、需要有工厂和销售部门的培训工作经验

JOB SUMMARY岗位概述:
Lead & contribute for building up Learning & Development center for company, which will cover commercial & operation parts;
Drive & design course structure for commercial & operation by getting the support from external vendor;
Cooperate with Sales & Operation department to design daily tracking system & follow up plan to monitor and ensure the apply after training
Cooperate with Sales & external vendor to design internal course for Sales force, target to develop 3-4 course per year to strengthen Sales capability development;
Develop internal trainer and build up a part time trainer team to support launch training in Sales & operation department;
Propose annual training plan, lead launch the plan by cooperate with internal trainer & external vendor;
Deliver general course by himself, such as orientation, communication skill, general competency course and etc.

任职资格：
8-10 years working experience in T&D function or related function;
Experience in course design & training;
Good logical thinking, communication skill & presentation skill;
