Sandeguan (SDG) was incorporated in 2003 and is one China’s leading manufacturer of FPC (flexible printed circuits). With its own business park and two manufacturing sites, SDG employs over 2,000 people and is has been growing at over 30% a year for the last 10 years. SDG currently supplies most of the leading Tier 1 manufacturers in the mobile technology and automobile industry both domestically and internationally.
Following a decade of strong growth SDG is expanding internationally with new offices in Hong Kong, Taiwan and The Netherlands.
A rare opportunity has arisen for an exceptional candidate to join China’s leading flexible circuitry manufacturer as a Sales Manager / Director.
The candidate will be tasked to develop a new sales pipeline and report to the International Business Development Director or the Company CEO.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES 工作职责
?To ensure sales target achieved
?Performs intensive prospecting and develop new customer independently
?Follow existing and potential customers
?Build up good relationship with customers
?Meet and exceed customer needs and expectations
?Gather market information from customers and prepare monthly sales forecast reports
?Participate sales activities such as exhibitions, customer visits or audits
?Monitor the accuracy and timeliness of the responses from the factory
QUALIFICATIONS 任职资格
?Fluency in written and spoken English. Other languages a plus
?5 - 10 years of sales experience within a multinational manufacturer of FPC or PCB
?For exceptional candidates we will also consider candidates which have a history of FPC or PCB sourcing
?Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment - to work independently yet collaboratively in a team, often in a high pressure and vague situations
?High Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
?Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
?Strong organizational and analytical skills
REMUNERATION 报酬
Salary dependant on experience
High commission based bonus on sales plus superbonus for target milestones
