职位描述：
工作职责：
1. 全面领导行政部工作并具体主持行政事务工作，制定本部门每年、每月和每周工作计划；
2. 负责制订公司的行政规章制度，经总经理签发后督促各部门贯彻执行，并注意收集执行情况，从公司的实际出发，不断完善公司的规章制度；
3. 负责协调公司各部门之间的关系，努力发挥公司的整体组织优势；
4. 负责安排、督导办公室各职能主管的工作，确保办公室各项功能的有效发挥；
5. 指导和督导办公室有关人员做好公司文件及重要档案资料的编号、打印、收发、整理、登记、归档和保管工作；
6. 全面负责行政部全体成员的日常管理工作，合理分工和配置人员，做到各尽其能,负责督导和分配所属人员的各项工作；
7. 全面负责公司的前台、办公用品、卫生、安全日常管理工作、确保后勤保障得力
8. 全面负责公司的资产管理工作，包括办公用品与劳保用品的管理，避免公司资产流失和浪费，努力为公司做好勤检节约的实务工作
9. 全面负责公司应急救援机制的组织工作，处理好公司的各类突发性事件
10. 公司电脑，网络维护，公司员工邮箱账号管理
