职位描述：
1. Responsible for all of indirect material source and procurement till payable application.
2. Responsible for the supplier base setup and supplier management for MRO material.
3. Review and process the PRs, include RFQ submission and cost comparison and analysis.
4. Coordinate the purchasing activity with cross function to achieve the goods in cost effective and timely manner.
5. Develop the new supply source for the new request or the current suppliers with no competitive.
6. Draw up and review the contract, make sure the contents is benefit for Buehler.
7. Ensure operation compliant to purchasing policy, procedures and guidelines, along with local legislation standards.
8. Report the monthly purchasing volume and main project activity.

Qualification
1. Strong analytical thinking, SAP operation, advanced excel, problem solving skills.
2. Fully understanding the classification management in MRO commodity
