职位描述：

1. Handle the recruitment and develop recruitment channel for retail team, which includes but is not limited to requirement clarification with retail management team.

2. Develop and recommend recruitment strategies to ensure the successful long term recruitment of key positions of business requirements.

3. Management of recruitment budget and resources, including contract management and annual performance review of the resources.

4. Closely collaborate with retail team to find out the need of talent development and high potential

5. Manage the New Comer Orientation Program

6. Assist on designing, directing, and managing a process of organization development that addresses issues such as succession planning, superior workforce development, key employee retention, organization design, and change management.

7. Identifies and monitors the organizational culture so that it supports the attainment of the company’ goals and promotes employee satisfaction

8. Implement the Performance Management Process and Works out succession planning and high potentials.

9. Create an environment where there is the opportunity to continue to grow and develop job and career enhancing skills.

10. Manage the retail HR specialist and coach them on daily works

11. Push the implementation of HR policy goes smooth

12. Lead the optimization of HR workflow locally and maximize the HR work value so as to fulfill HR BP role and well support the business development.

13. Closely collaborate with retail team to resolve the people management issue and labor disputes.

14. Act as project leader assigned by line supervisor

Requirement 职位要求

1. At least 5+ years general HR experience in a similar role in retail industry, luxury\fashion is preferred. MNC is preferred.

2. Bilingual: proficiency in Chinese and English

3. Easy going, open mind, strong communicative skill, good coordination and liaison skills, people management

4. Deadline driven, team player, with strong customer focused, be Responsible, reliable, result-oriented; initiative and self-starter.

5. EXCELLENT command of MS office suite, especially, WORD, EXCEL and PowerPoint, Can work under pressure
