Job Responsibilities
1.Oversee and monitor the daily operations in Compliance department.
2.In accordance with company policy,set up and improve the audit systems.
3.Arrange and carry out audits.
4.Put together corrective actions and have seniority to connect with vendors to agree and work through corrective actions.
5.Consult vendors or potential vendors on what they need to do to be able to meet audit requirements.
6.Arrange and work with factory on 3rd party audit and head office on product compliance testing.
7.The other duties which may be assigned by the Manager or the company.
Job Requirements
1.Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business,Engineering or Operations.
2.Must have a minimum of five years working experience on audit,Having 3rd party working experience will be an advantage.
3.Must be knowledgeable in office computer software including Microsoft Office and e-mail.
4. Excellent project management,negotiation and communication skills required.
5. Excellent oral and written skills in English and Mandarin.
6.Be able to travel and work in China.
