职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. 协助中国IT经理为办公室和店铺营运提供并维持高水准的IT服务
Assist IT Manager in China to provide and maintain a high standard of IT service to support offices and shops operation.
2. 与工务部保持紧密合作，为新开店提供IT设备安装
Work closely with Site Development Team for new shop construction projects for IT equipment setup.
3. 对中国新系统和服务的实施项目提供技术支持
Support new system and service implementation projects in China

Requirements:
1. 本科学历，计算机科学、信息技术相关专业
Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
2. 在零售行业有扎实的IT支持经验者优先
Solid retail business support experience is an advantage
3. 5年以上互联网、系统管理及用户支持相关工作经验，2年以上主管级经验
5 year relevant working experience in networking and system administration and user support, and at least 2 of these service years are in supervisory position.
4. 熟练运用Windows服务器, MS活动目录和 MS产品
Proficiency in Windows Server, MS Active Directory, and MS products
5. 有实际操作IOS, Android, Linux经验者优先
Hand-on experience for IOS, Android, Linux family is a plus
6. 具备防火墙安全相关知识
Good knowledge of firewall security
7. 能够运用英语进行书面及口头交流
Good command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
8. 能自我激励，有良好的分析能力和沟通技巧
Self-motivated with good analytical and communication skill
9. 有服务精神和责任心，能独立开展工作
Service-minded, responsible and able to work independently
