Responsibilities:


The Senior Application Consultant is responsible for understanding customer business requirements in relation to the company's software portfolio, planning software implementation procedures, and defining processes for use with the software. The consultant will also be responsible for defining and executing detailed configuration tasks and complex configuration work such as creation of the logical and physical configuration.


Requirements:


· Degree holder, preferably from a major university

· At least 5 years experience in enterprise-level software applications / solutions

· Strong background working with packaged software solutions

· CRM background an advantage

· Experienced in implementing enterprise-level software solutions

· A self-starter and able to work independently with diverse customers

· Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

· Strong command of English and Putonghua
