Description
The Regional Sales Manager in our team has a critical role to further develop the brand presence and drive market share growth in global markets. Your role will consist of both business development and account management responsibilities where you will assess and define each region's business strategy. You must effectively drive sales through developing new channels, expanding distributor growth and enhancing key customer relationships. This is a great career progression opportunity for a strong business development professional who is self-driven and hands-on. You will directly report to the Heads of Sales & Marketing. You will be based out of our Shenzhen office but high levels of travelling will be an essential aspect to this role.
Profile
The successful candidate must have at least 6-8 years of experience within the wholesale and retail business, preferably with a background in consumer electronics. Candidates with experience working abroad will be most preferred. Since this is an autonomous role, you must be able to work independently and should possess strong analysis, negotiation, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. You should be a team player with previous experience managing a team to achieve sales target. You will be a self-starter with a strong sales track record and have an established network within the wholesale and travel retail industry. You must have an entrepreneurial mindset and an energetic and driven personality. Fluency in English plus an additional European language is desired.
