职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Act as trainer delivering training programs to sales/service team, national dealer network, from brand, company heritage, product knowledge and skills.
? Organize and general housekeep training resources and facilities. Mostly based on the paper material from Porsche Germany.
? Develop and design training program to tailor for the Chinese market, including training guide, product materials, competitive analysis information, sales and process management guidance and other training materials.
? Develop existing courses and materials to include updates as required; develop new and existing materials to include training techniques and best practices as required for the China Market.
? Prepare and attend Train-The-Trainer session organized by Porsche Germany and localize the training to China, travel abroad as necessary.
? Investigate regular product and subject matter to enhance course development, curriculum and delivery skill.
? Attendance and successful completion of the "Porsche Global Trainer Certification Program".

Requirements:
? College degree or above, majored in relevant automotive or business field is preferred
? Minimum 3 years’ working experience in automotive industry, knowledge in Aftersales/Sales is a plus
? Proactive attitude, diligent, stress resistant, willingness to learn
? Familiar with Lotus Notes, MS Office
? Fluent in both Chinese and English languages 举报 分享
