职位描述
Job Discription:
1. Handle all cash and bank payments by preparing bank T/T or e-bank documents. Ensure that payments to suppliers are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Follow the payment status tightly; working with AP accountant to check/review the AP balance in the financial book.
3. Liaise with bank to ensure company business running efficiently.
4. Monthly reconcile the bank/cash balance with the bank statement and cash on hand. Ensure no any unreasonable difference.
5.Assist on back office/retail staff T&E monthly reimbursements.
6.Assist and work with the team members for any new task assigned.
Qualification:
1. University education background, major in finance or accounting, JDE or SAP experience is preferred.
2. Team work, positive thinking, good communication skill.
