Redmill Solutions Ltd (RMS) is a privately owned media technology company, registered and headquartered in the United Kingdom with offices in Greater London, UK and Guangzhou, China and currently establishing a team within Turkey. RMS was founded in 2010 with the sole objective of empowering international advertisers (like Coty/Rimmel, MasterCard, Johnson & Johnson, etc.) by providing complete visibility and transparency to their advertising data. Accessibility to useful data allows the advertiser to make cost effective choices with increased understanding and connectivity to local markets.

Who you are…

We have a fantastic team who have been driving the local communication and operations within China, and we need a leader to successfully double this team within the next year because of our client’s exceptional demand. You will be responsible for motivating, building, training and developing a team of project support executives within the key operational centre in Guangzhou.

You will work independently and enjoy the challenge of pushing your own boundaries. You will have the opportunity to learn from people who act as influential advisers on projects for many of the world’s most successful companies. We are looking for a smart, ambitious, hands on leader with a strong sense of curiosity to develop your career whilst building a powerful team.

What you’ll be doing…

· Building a team of world class operations executives (this includes recruiting ambitious graduates, training them and motivating them to forge successful careers with Redmill Solutions.) You are a true leader.
· Mastering the internal tools (you are a perfectionist)
· Ensure the timely and successful delivery to customers
· Build and maintaining strong relationships with the international team members
· Managing the administrative tasks required to have a company in China, from payroll to ordering desks, it’s all your responsibility.
· Act as the key liaison to the Company Directors for all relevant matters within the local office.

You’ll need to…

· Have strong experience of building and managing teams (from any industry)
· Be smart and curious, have strong leadership skills and communicate in an honest and motivating manner.
· Have knowledge of Chinese administrative requirements, and be able to optimize local incentives
· Be university qualified with additional 10+ years’ industry experience desirable (ideally knowledge of media buying or planning, or operational centre leadership)
· Have a passionate thirst for knowledge and belief that technology can make businesses run smarter
· Be comfortable with Excel
· Be a team player with the ability to work autonomously
· Be fluent in English
· Think clearly under pressure and be keen to learn and grow with us
