工作职责：
1. Interface with SCM in team environment to manage assigned suppliers.
2. Making inspection instruction and perform source inspection at responsible suppliers.
3. Analyze & prepare inspections checklists.
4. Travel to various supplier facilities to perform products or parts inspections.
5. Provide outsourced inspector training & surveillance to perform inspection.
6. Compare results with quality standards and report inspection and test results to Product Quality Manager.
7. Make decision on shipment when inspection data exceeds acceptable limits or when major incidents of poor quality are noted.
8. Follow up with supplier on corrective actions.
职位要求：
1. Work requires college or equivalent with technical degree or above 3 years of quality, manufacturing, assembly or test experience.
2. Quality control experience (Design,Reliability,Incoming,Process,Outgoing,Customer complaint,NPI etc.), preferred to have manufactory experience.
3. Hands on experience in Quality Management, and a background performing process inspection, corrective action, audit follow up.
4. Knowledge of Inspection Points (e.g. receiving, in-process, final, source, first article).
5. Knowledge of sampling (AQL levels, sampling tables).
6. Experience in using inspection gauges and test equipment.
7. Resourceful & independent on the shop floor.
8. Good reading and writing English.
9. Travel is required.
