职位描述：
岗位职责：
? Controls inventory level of AP reverse hub and monitors performance, such as: LT, repair yield, etc.
? Reviews and analyzes whole AP demand and supply to adjust RMA strategy
? Tracks defectives return & repair status and makes priority setting
? Manages return/redemption/repair related master data, including return indicator, redemption code turn on /turn off
? Handles system error fixing work, such as LUCI and sub relationship check to smooth refurbishing parts procurement process in AP
? Guarantees RMA benefit and take cost analysis to ensure in-warranty part could go into reverse cycle as fast as possible
? Works with cross-functional teams to explore opportunities on systems & processes enhancement activities
? Supports management to address all aspects of parts/project management
? Review with management on organizational KPIs & improvement activities
   
任职要求：
? Degree/Diploma in SCM/Logistics/Business/Operations
? 3~5 years working experience on RMA management & planning role
? Familiar with ERP logic, excel or SQL.
? Excellent English skills in speaking, listening and writing.
? Able to remain focused and work under pressure, prioritize competing demands and deadlines whilst multi-tasking
? Demonstrate initiative, adaptability and problem solving skills in a changing and dynamic environment.
? Good computer skills MS office applications, SAP knowledge is plus
? Experience in Reverse Logistics or Service Parts industry is preferable 举报 分享
