职位描述：
Responsibility:

? Perform daily system monitoring and maintenance verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups
? Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary.
? Provide Tier I&II/other support per request from various constituencies. Investigate and troubleshoot issues.
? Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning
? Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements
? Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required.
? Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures
? Collaborate with the networking team in the troubleshooting and resolution of escalated server, messaging and application related issues
? Perform other duties as required.


Qualification:

? Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline
? 5+years of professional IT experience in large scale, global distributed environment with hands on experience in multiple technologies
? Good English verbal and written communication skills with a wide range of audiences including technologists, executives, business stakeholders and IT team members
? Ability to analyze and solve problems both independently or within a cross-functional team environment
? Demonstrated ability to think analytically, organize thoughts and execute consistently
? Desire to learn knowledge from training and practice
? Manufacturing IT environment support experience is plus.
? Demonstrated some knowledge and skillful in across various facets of IT and systems along with vendor /products, including:
? Knowledge of one Key virtualization platform – VMWare, UCS/Cisco, Hyper-V
? Experienced in storage and Backup- NetApp, NetBackup/Symantec
? Skillful in Windows Server and Microsoft Active Directory
? Knowledge of Linux or SaaS vendors – O365/Microsoft are extra points 举报 分享
