负责管理经销商服务质量与客户体验的业绩
Responsible for managing Dealer performance on Service Quality and Customer Experience


主要职责/Major Responsibilities :
   
? 保证完成经销商调查报告（神秘访客、SSI-CSI（与质量部），经销商审计）并按时提供经销商和销售/售后区域经理
Insure Dealer surveys results (Mystery Shopping, SSI-CSI (with QUA), Dealer Audit) are made available on due time to Dealers and Sales / Aftersales District Manager

? 与销售、售后团队一起开发工具与制定行动计划以监控和提供经销商的业绩
Develop Tools and Action Plan with Sales and Aftersales Teams to monitor and improve Dealer Performance,

? 监控经销商的行动计划执行与安排相关报告
Monitor Dealers’ Action Plan execution and arrange relevant reporting

? 对经销商和品牌层级提出客户体验提升方案
Propose Customer Experience improvement at Dealer and Brand level

? 支持经销商与区域经理在经销商现场实施客户体验改善组及相关任务
Support Dealer and District Managers onsite (at Dealers) to implement Customer Experience Task Force


内部协调任务/ Internal coordination task :

? 支持并推动区域经理（销售与售后）管理经销商
Support and Drive District Manager (Sales and Aftersales) in Dealer Management

? 巩固并准备DS相关报告给客户体验委员会和质量委员会
Consolidate and prepare DS material for Customer Committee and QUA Committee


任职条件/Qualifications:

? 学历：本科或以上
Education : University or equivalent

? 英语流利
Fluent in English

? 至少3年在质量管理方面的工作经验，有高端汽车行业经验的优先
Proved Experience – minimum 3 years – in quality management. Such an experience in Premium car industry is a plus

? 良好的沟通技巧和具备客户导向的心态是必要的
Good communications skills and a Customer oriented mindset are necessary
