职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、处理与审查公司专利、商标、版权侵权投诉，出具专业法律意见
2、与知识产权权利人进行有效的沟通与交流；
3、为公司其他业务部门提供与知识产权侵权有关的培训与指导；
4、完成部门交办的其他知识产权相关法律工作。
5、采购、平台运营业务开展的合同审核、修订、起草，协助业务部门洽谈合同。
6、对高风险业务及合同提出法律意见，拟定法律意见书。
7、对负责业务进行流程梳理、合同模版梳理，并对业务进行相关法律培训。
8、处理负责业务产生的争议，配合相关行政部门的调查。
9、进行公司其他日常法律问题的解答。
10、其他法律事务相关工作。
任职资格：
1、具有法律专业本科以上学历，知识产权专业背景优先，英语听说读写能力良好；
2、熟悉国内专利、商标、版权法律知识及侵权判定原则；
3、具有5年以上知识产权法律工作经验，具有打假维权经验优先，具有法律职业资格优先；
4、工作态度认真，学习能力强，善于与人沟通，具有团队协作精神。 举报 分享
