Job Description:

1.Be dedicated to responsible for the assigned customers and projects: including reply customer inquiry, provide order acknowledgment, update delivery status, and respond customer complaints.
2.Cooperate and work closely with sales team, PM team, to know clearly for all responsible customer projects especial key projects dynamic trend of demand. Work together with planners to release material forecast plan and production schedule.
3.Act as assistant for CSR manager/supervisor to define & collect CS department documentation, such as meeting minutes. Also be capable to give some good advice on some working flow chart optimization & improvement.
4. Be actively to response and complete the other task related to CSR and other management team as well.
5.Except to complete the own job in timely, also can help and support other CSR to finish the daily work on time.


Working Experience and Skills Requirement:

1.Required to have a good logic mind. Required to write, read and speak English well;
2.Required to have the capability to quickly learn & understand different type of business;
3.Require to have a strong responsibility min complete all kinds of the tasks on time,
4.Willing to work overtime (if can’t finish the work on time);
5. Require to have an excellent communication skill, maintain a good relationship with customer, Drive and coordinate well with all internal departments to meet customer demand;
6. Outgoing and has working passion, a detailed person. With 2 years or more customer service working experience in manufacturing factory, Bachelor, CET-4 English required. 举报 分享
