职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Possesses strong technical knowledge in trade products with excellent all round experience in trade operations.
? Provides day-to-day sales and middle office supports, delivers premium customer services
? Handles irregular bills and resolves problems for customers. Creates constructive ideas and solutions for customers
? Modifies existing procedures and analyzes and resolves non-routine and/or complex operational problems often requiring research and Six Sigma tools.
? Develops and implements new processes/procedures to improve operating efficiency and to ensure timeliness and accuracy of workflow. Identifies service gaps as well as opportunities for process improvements
? Reviews and verifies various kinds of trade documentations and agreements
? Handles ad-hoc projects and performs administrative duties
? Develops training material and assists training to associates
? Forecasts / manages staffing levels and capacities, and responsible for performance management.
? Communicates and coordinates with other departments on daily operations matters

REQUIREMENTS
? University graduate, preferably in business administration, banking, finance, related discipline or equivalent experience
? Excellent knowledge in trade products and all-round experience in trade operations, including experience at a managerial level. 8+ years relevant experience.
? Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Cantonese or Mandarin
? Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills
? Organizational skills and detailed oriented with high degree of accuracy
? Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, Word, and PowerPoint
? A strong team player and proven ability to manage a team, working well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
? Flexibility to attend calls in early morning and evening outside normal office hours with Global Trade Operations in the US in order to fulfill deliverables and involvement in global projects and initiatives 举报 分享
