职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、根据产品规划或者项目要求，开展需求调研
2、与研发团队合作，向软件工程师提供咨询、指导、解释业务需求，向用户汇报系统功能；
3、整理和分析客户需求，对其分类汇总和实现预估，提出需求分析报告和实现计划要求；
4、参与整个产品开发流程，产品研发复查与问答
5、发布信息文案与电子化培训内容研发
6、持续的客户支持

岗位要求：
1、中国财务软件模块开发或维护经验
2、财务或贸易相关专业本科及以上学历，两年及以上工作经验/ 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历 + 财务软件模块产品两年及以上工作经验
3、熟悉会计与合规性概念（账务处理，国际财务报告准则报告，税务法规，当地合规性报告，管理报告，发票及票据的合规性，工作成本或计费）
4、中国及国际会计报表与操作审查，中国票据合规性审查

Accounting Software Product Specialist
In this role, you will work with Sydney product team and product manager based in Sydney. You will have travel opportunity to Sydney head office from time to time for meetings or training.
At WiseTech Global, our product teams focus on understanding deeply complex problems to try and understand the core issues and then develop elegant technical solutions that our customers love to use.
You will be able to conduct deep investigation and critical analysis of our Accounting Software product requirements for both Chinese accounting and billing requirements AND international accounting, followed by a clearly and concisely written articulation of the problem. You'll need to show your ability to put your ideas into practice by leading collaborative team discussions on potential implementation options.
We are focused on building highly usable software that dramatically improves the productivity of our customers, with breakthrough solutions to their toughest accounting problems.

Who are you?
We're casting a wide net. Along with your deep accounting skills, you might have experience in business analysis, software implementation, systems accounting and auditing, change management, process engineering, transactional audits or maybe you have experience or an interest in software design.
Maybe you've been working as an internal resource for your business's accounting or software teams. Or, maybe you've been working in product development for accounting packages focused on the China markets. With us, you'll be working with a team that's very serious about making a much bigger global impact, because you'll be building accounting and compliance software for tens of thousands of users in over 130 countries.

Your Experience & Qualifications:
?Experience working with accounting software in a medium to large business environment
?Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Commerce with three years working experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in Technology or Computing with three years’ working experience on accounting software products OR Equivalent experience
?Accounting & Compliance concepts (bookkeeping, IFRS reporting, tax rules, local compliance reporting, management reporting, invoice document compliance, job costing or billing)
?Exposure to Local Chinese Accounting reporting and practices
? Exposure to International Accounting reporting and practices
?Exposure to Invoice Document compliance in China
