Duties :
Responsible for the Shenzhen Hub IT manager to lead the application and training team.
Work closely with Corporate/Hong Kong IT team to review and update IT
Proven solutions technical background with experience in technical software development and application support.
Excellent interpersonal skills
1.Responsible for the Shenzhen Hub IT manager to lead the application and training team.
2.Work closely with Corporate/Hong Kong IT team to review and update IT
3.Provide technical solutions to the business and work closely with development and application support team
4.Working with groups in local hub, region or cross regions
5.Understand the business requirements and provide analysis.
6.Presenting the project status and report to the management team
Requirement
1. IT consulting experience in support of Trading, Operations and Logistics preferred
2. Hands-on experience with business requirements gathering/analysis.
3. Demonstrated experience working with and presenting to Management
4. Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
5. Fluent in both English and Chinese mandarin.
6. Self-motivated and ability to under pressure
7. Ability to lead and influence without direct responsibility.
Other Qualifications: University graduated or above majoring in computer related area, with a minimum 5 years overall work experience and/or coordinating IT services, projects. At least 3 years in team management experience will be preferred
