? *Job Title: Senior fixture and automation engineer

II. Job summary职位概述
Support Lead engineer to develop and standard supplier manufacturing process to ensure supplier process can meet Spectrum quality requirements. To work together with supplier’s functional department to develop and realize fixture and automation to promote products conformance and reduce labor cost.

III. Key Responsibilities基本职责
1. Provide fixture and automation professional technology to support Lead engineer to develop and standard supplier manufacturing process to ensure supplier process can meet Spectrum quality requirements. To work together with supplier's functional department to develop and realize fixture and automation to promote products conformance and reduce labor cost.
2. To contribute leadership and management skills to work with supplier fixture team to optimize exising fixture, to develop new fixture and automation to meet more quality requirement.
3. Responsible for regional supplier's process continuous improvement to ensure all of fixture and equipment can run smoothly.
4. Host periodical meeting with regional suoolier cross-functional team to review all issues of fixture. To build high efficiency fixture with fool-proof function in supplier site to support normal production, and comply with EHS requirement.
5. Provide automation technology support for critical station to promote process capability to meet Spectrum requirement CPK>1.33.
6. Futher involve in new products develop, understand clearly all required products specification and test criteria, and then design and make fixtures and testers with fool-proof functions.

IV. Job Requirements 职位要求
Hard Skills REQUIRED:技能要求
1. Major in Mechanical design or Electronic, Bachelor's degree or other engineering disciplines
2. Good command of English both oral and writing.
3. Good skills and actual experiences for PLC application and Robert handle.

Leadership/Management Skills: 领导力、管理能力
1. More than 6 years working experiences of Fixture and Automation design. At least 3 years supervisor or equivalent position experience.
2. Good skills for organization, meeting control and presentation, can organize and host meeting to present projects and points in English independently.
3. Good skills for coordination and communication. Good player of team spirit.

Business Tools: 业务工具
1. Good skills and rich experiences for PLC program and automation like Robert handle etc.
2. Proficiency in the use of UG, CAD or ProE etc.

Preferred qualifications： 优先考虑的条件
1. MNC Automation/fixture design experiences and good Project management skills are preferred.
2. Both Mechanical and PLC capability is preferred.
3. Good oral English and mechanical knowledge are preferred
4. Aggressive, can work under high pressure, frequent business trip in Zhu/ChangJiang Delta
