职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、参与并制定有关生产技术流程与标准，在生产过程巡视、督导，发现并完善制程问题；
2、负责为新产品顺利导入设计相关技术方案；
3、负责制程不良的分析，质量提升与改善；
4、负责工装治具的设计制作（生产夹具、治具、测试夹具治具设计）调试、安装、使用指导与维护；
5、进行产品性能的试验验证并对来料不良分析提供技术支持；
6、负责为品保部的客户投诉处理提供试验分析.
任职资格：
1、性别不限，年龄24-35岁，大专以上学历，电子信息科学//电子科学与技术/机械设计制造及自动化专业。
2、2年以上电子行业工程师从业经历，熟悉开关电源工艺流程、工作原理及电路图，有相关经验；
3、具有制程改善、分析报告能力；具有生产改善，降低生产成本能力；
4、熟悉移动电源工作流程、能够改善生产工艺、产品性能及结构、制定产品生产作业标准及工作规范，编写工艺指导书，及时排除现场异常问题；
5、熟练使用PROTEL1199，CAD等设计软件；
6、熟悉仪器设备的调试与维护. 举报 分享
