Responsibilities:
Support sales team in providing design and specification to meet customer requirement
Interact with global and regional functions to enforce global alignment while fulfilling local countries request
Maintain expert level of product knowledge and application
Respond to technical inquiry from customer
Perform technical/product training for sales people, estimators and engineers at targeted account
Maintain professional business relationships within targeted account
Support sales in providing status of ongoing projects and future projects
Identify customer's need and sales opportunities to help future growth
Support, supervise technical issue to other parties involved in a project trouble shooting
Requirements:
Engineering (Electrical/Electronic, Lighting, Physics, Architect )
Familiar with Sales & marketing, especially electrical product
Experience as Engineer, technical support
OSRAM Sales & Marketing Organization & business processes
Basic Electrical Principle
Understanding of Lighting System
Familiar with the control protocols, computer programming/network, AUTOCAD & lighting design software
