职位描述：
We design and produce for our own brands with distribution to USA, EUROPE, JAPAN. We also produce private label products for large retails such Amazon, FNAC, Urban Outfitters, Justice, Zumiez, Pac Sun, Dave & Buster, Meijer, Target, etc
Our product line ranges from bags , backpacks and small accessories to headphones, bluetooth speakers and small electronics.

 
RESPONSIBILITY OF PRODUCT MERCHANDISER POSITION

The merchandiser is the bridge between the buyer and the factory/production. Their responsibilities cover all areas from sourcing to finish good to final shipment. i.e. first sample onwards, the product merchandising work from the start and their job ends when the shipment is delivered to the customer.
 A Merchandisers key responsibility is as follows:

GENERAL
? Internal & external communication with buyers and staff
? Flow Monitoring
? Develop and follow time and action calendar


DEVELOPMENT/SAMPLE
? Designing and Sampling
? Raw Material Sourcing
? Lab dips
? Accessories & trims
? Costing


PRODUCTION
? Advising and assisting production
? Preparing purchase orders to raw materials supplier
? Production / Supplier Follow Ups
? preparing internal order sheets


QUALITY / TIMING
? Taking responsibility for inspections and quality
? Mediating production and quality departments
? Maintain production time line


SHIPPING/DELIVERY
? Giving shipping instructions and following shipping,
? Confirming Deliveries
? Helping documentation preparation
? Following up the shipment.


STARTING SALARY: 3500+ RMB based on ability
3-Month Probation Period
