职位描述：
Main Responsibility:
1. Engineering leadership and technical project management. Depending on the candidate’s skillsets, this would be more inclusive of New Product Design, Qualification, and NPI.
2. Create and execute technical project plans. This includes people/team direction, and schedule management.
3. Collaborate with worldwide design centers and manufacturing locations. Direct status meetings with design and development teams.
4. Support global volume ramp-up strategies as needed.
5. Work jointly with Application Engineering to resolve product technical issues during and after customer design in.
6. Reviewing new market needs and requirements. Provide technical support to strategic new product roadmap discussions and existing product enhancements.

 Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Physics//Optics/EE/ME, or other related fields.
2. Solid foundation of integrating hardware, firmware, and mechanical design.
3. Familiar with optoelectronic components including specifications, hands on design and development, performance optimization, qualification and high volume manufacturing.
4. Module hardware and firmware design and performance.
5. Optical telecom protocols: MSA/SDH/SONET etc.
6. Software/firmware related to the function and test of optical transceivers.
7. Strong technical and verbal/written communication skills in English/Chinese.
8. Prior management and experience in leading development projects.
9. EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of experience in optical transceiver product design and engineering. 举报 分享
