职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1 Formulate the strategy in own territory in OEM channel and ensure the execution and meeting the channel target
2 Develop the distribution network and improve their competency
3 Manage key accounts and maintain existing customers by regular visiting
4 Keep improving the design in capability and after sales service capability
5 Manage the internal organization competency improvement
6 Collect and analyze the market information for strategic decision making
7 Work with BU to initiate the channel product portfolio and product roadmap and sales forecast
Requirements
1 Min. 5 years experience with 3yrs+ sales/FAE preferred, sales experience in semi-conductor/industry/lighting field high preferred.
2 EE bachelor or above, Lighting is preferred. Preferably with lighting or technical background.
3 Have success design in/win case in South China;
