Job Summary:
The innovation/SQE engineer is to lead/coach the team managing new projects, as well as manage/participate supplier quality system, process to make sure supplier has appropriate quality system to meet our DPPM goal.
Responsibility:
Monitor project progress and summarize, report to management at regular intervals.
Assist the team to solve technical issues and communicate with overseas customer.
Establish supplier assessment criteria in terms of quality system management and participate supplier process audit per VDA6.3 and qualification process to make sure supplier having appropriate quality management system.
Work with suppliers to get appropriate quality documents for new parts/products, such as PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow, Operator Instruction Sheet, FAI etc.
Conduct new project process auditing, annual audit, and summarize audit report to management.
Solve production quality issue with Eng/QA/Production team.
Implement continuous improvement program with both in-house and suppliers.
Requirements:
1.Mechanical or related engineering degree of college or university.
2.CET 4 or above.
3.At least 5years work experience in supplier quality management, NPI involved is a plus.
4.Experience and knowledge in plastic molding, metal stamping manufacturing area in
5.OA/electric/automotive parts/components.
6.Good command of both reading and written English.
7.Excellent computer skills in AutoCAD, Windows&MS office.
8. Team work spirit.
9. Can adapt to frequent business trips.
