Logistics eLearning Specialist (物流电子化培训专员), Shenzhen, China

Short description
Do you want to learn a new software system, increase your logistics knowledge or gain new skills in video development?
Would you love to be part of an exciting global Content Team?
You will mostly be involved in capturing the software screens within the Chinese interface for the purposes of Sales and Training video production.

You must have excellent English language skills and have some experience with a Freight Forwarding software package.
It is preferred that you have existing video capture knowledge, but not essential. You will need to have good computer skills (like using Word, or Excel) and be keen to learn quickly how to record the videos using the tools available. In addition, possessing basic accounting knowledge will be advantageous.
This role will provide the opportunity to develop your experience in CargoWise One software with the potential for a future role as a Product Specialist, Content Team Leader or Business Development Analyst.

¨ I have some experience with a Freight Forwarding software package, either in the Operations or Accounts department
¨ I am fluent in English and can communicate well
¨ I am keen to learn new skills within video production and CargoWise One software
¨ I have some experience with video capture software or I am happy to learn

WiseTech Global’s (global) Content Team have already created over 1000 eLearning videos, which are available on our website. Our company believes in “leading with content” and even our Sales team uses video content to demonstrate the key advantages of our software to potential customers.

You will be playing a vital role in the development of these materials for China.
