? *Reports to: Manufacturing Engineering Director
II. Job summary职位概述
Lead supplier manufacturing team responsible for overall process development and process continuous improvement to ensure supplier process can meet Spectrum quality requirements. To work together with supplier’s functional department to set up flexible, low cost and high quality process.
III. Key Responsibilities 基本职责：
1. To contribute leadership and management skills to oversee a cross-functional team to develop and optimize supplier process.
2. Responsible for regional supplier's process continuous improvement to ensure all of process can run smoothly and comply with lean-6 sigma concept.
3. To work together with supplier's cross-functional department to set up flexible, low cost and high quality process.
4. To develop and standard manufacturing process to meet Spectrum quality requirement through Spectrum internal ECR/PCR process. This is includes all small home appliance manufacturing process like plastic injection, stamping, paint spray, pad printing, spot welding, final assembly etc.
5. Host periodical meeting with regional supplier cross-functional team to review all issues of process standardization. To set up standard process with fool-proof function in supplier site.
6. Provide process technology support for supplier to promote process capability to meet Spectrum requirement CPK>1.33.
7. Contribute professional technology for fixture/automation/new process development with fool-proof function to promote conformance and reduce labor cost.

1. Major in IE or Mechanical or Electronic, Bachelor's degree or other engineering disciplines
2. Good command of English both oral and writing.
3. Have great analytical abilities, such as structural and circuit analysis abilities.
4. Strong logic analytical skills, ability to use advanced mathematical or statistics concepts.
5. Good skills and experiences for process continuous improvement and standardization.
Leadership/Management Skills:领导力、管理能力
1.More than 6 years working experiences of PIE/NPI. At least 3 years supervisor or equivalent position experiences to lead a team at least 10 persona.
2. Good skills for organization, meeting control and presentation, can organize and host meeting to present projects and points in English independently.
3. Good skills for coordination and communication. Good player of team spirit.
