职位描述：
Location: Bantian town, Longgang district

Requirement:
1. University Degree (or equivalent) in Accounting/Finance, at least 5 years in controlling related job;
2. Expert in budgetary Control
3. Expert in Fixed Asset Accounting
4. Expert in Controlling Principles
5. Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel
6. Proficient in use of Micforosft Power Point
7. Expert in use of SAP FI/CO modules
8. Proficient in Lean Basic
9. Proficient in English (listening, speaking, writing)

Responsibilities:
1. Monitoring of assigned internal control processes
2. Maintenance of assigned master data in Gentherm’s systems
3. Preparation of timely reports for management
4. Assist the Asia Internal Controlling Manager to improve to document and improve internal control processes
5. Coaching of other departments with regards to internal controls and procedures.
6. Assist relevant team members to be in compliance with laws and regulations, in particular SOX.
7. Assist in safeguarding the assets of the company
8. Variance and flux analysis
9. Calculate and analyse product cost components
10. Ensure that standard product costing is updated on a regular basis
11. Liase with Internal Audit department to provide relevant documents
12. Project Controlling
13. Sales Controlling
14. Budgeting and forecasting
15. Carry out tasks as assigned by Managing Director ,Director Controlling Asia related to internal controls, product costing, risk management, and management reporting
