职位描述：
Job Duties:
1. Designing and developing innovative, consumer focused acoustic systems for audio and home cinema products
2. Aligning sound architecture with cross-function Architects, as well as Purchasing to deliver the target sound quality
3. Monitoring and communicating, developments from suppliers, technology providers and competitors
4. Identifying and acting upon areas for improvement at ODMs and supplier base
5. Technical coaching, competence management and career development for other members of the acoustics team

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor, preferably Masters, degree in Acoustics or a related technical discipline as a minimum.
2. Eight years minimum designing and developing audio systems
3. An in depth knowledge of electroacoustic principles and practical application, with the ability to coach these skills
4. Headphone system development, tuning, design for manufacture, and process improvement
5. Transducer and system measurement equipment and practices, for development and production
6. Lumped element, Finite and Boundary Element simulation software, and translating the output into product features and benefits
7. Digital Signal Processing, understanding and implementation
8. A passion for music and sound, with solid critical listening skills, and the ability to clearly communicate subjective experiences
9. Experience of working with suppliers and manufacturers, with an understanding of the production environment
10. Proficiency in Chinese & English, Cantonese will be a plus 举报 分享
