- 改善品质、可靠性、成本效益、生产周期、合格率及工作效率

岗位要求：
- 大专以上工业工程或工程相关专业
- 最小8年电子装配生产工作经验，及有成功的精益生产推行履历
- 能动手执行工业工程
- 熟悉SMT电子生产及IPC标准
- 良好的沟通技巧
- 英语读写能力熟练及能进行简单的口语沟通
The role:
- Manage production, production & industrial engineering, warehouse and scheduling
- Lead and deploy lean and operations excellence initiatives
- Foster a lean transformation and cultural change throughout the company
- Re-layout shop floor and warehouse to Least Waste Way to maximize space utilization and to facilitate efficient material flow by deploying lean principles
- Deliver improvements in quality, reliability, cost, cycle time, yields and efficiency to meet the operations and quality objectives


Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Industrial Engineering or engineering disciplines
- At least 8 years relevant experience in manufacturing industry with successful records of lean deployment
- Hands on experience in production & industrial engineering
- Sound knowledge of electronics production and IPC standards
- Ability to think systematically with strong problem solving skills
- Self motivated, result oriented, team player, sense of urgency, hands on and leadership with work ethics
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
