职位描述:
Purpose of Position:
This position is primary contact window to existing Korean customers in daily operations. Its business direction is the focus on Korean customers and the solution of their requirements in time. With a strong follow-up of quotation feedback and sample qualification with the Korean customer, they are an important supportive role to the Service Desk Team Leader to realize results in growing business with existing Korean customers. For new customers, the SD Executive will support the relevant Account Manager in quotations and sample orders as well as other related administrative work.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Process all follow-up orders incl. follow-up orders with ECN orders and amendments requests and cooperate effectively and pro-actively with related teams and departments.
2. Coordinate with Purchasing a maximum on time delivery rate
3. Process the information of an RFQ and send to QuC and provide customers with approved quotes, follow up on feedback for quotations
4. Process NPDs by gathering information and create item in ERP, send order to Purchasing
5. Place sample orders and drive for timely EQ settlement, sample deliveries and qualifications
6. Serve as interface for claim settlement and process customer claims in close cooperation with related departments, incl. creation of customer credit notes, supplier invoices and delivery situation analysis
7. Act as interface to LOG, drive logistics processes concerning order release and direct deliveries, quantity adjustments and packing list checking
8. Solve customer requests in a timely and accurate manner, monitor and adjust as necessary delivery times and pro-actively manage communication to customers and internal parties
9. Process item creation and maintain master data in ERP and CSI
10. Manage, analyze and supervise stock, disposition and forecasts and identify critical items, incl. slow movers or high inventory items and escalate where necessary
11. Record and file business transactions, track, analyze and report defined KPIs

Job Requirements:

A.Competencies & Skills:
1. Superior communication, interpersonal skills negotiation skills and the ability to persuade and influence business partners and peers in critical situations to obtain consensus
2. Knowledge of PCBs is an advantage
3. Excellent customer service orientation delivered in a cost efficient way
4. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills to assess and manage complex situations
5. Superior in organization and priority setting, accurate and efficient with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task Excellent command in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Korean
6. Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office and ERP systems

B.Education & Work Experience:
1. Professional education in relevant field
2. Minimum 3 years of work experience in customer service for international customers experience
