职位描述：
Responsibilities

Order Coordination - ensure perfect execution of the supply chain processes. They include -
a. Order documentation: Follow up order paper work with vendors, customers, and our US head office.
b. Sample Submission: timely submission of samples to Licensors and customers for approval;
c. Product testing – monitor lab test to ensure product compliance;
d. Factory certification: ensure validity of factory certification.
e. On time delivery: Regular follow up with factory to ensure no late delivery.
f. Product Quality: Apply inspections schedule with customers QC department and ORB in house inspectors.
g. Shipping – coordinate shipping arrangement with factory and forwarder;
h. Product Development: assist in Product Development process
i. Vendor Management: maintain strong business relationships with vendors.
j. Perform other duties as assigned by Management.


Qualifications

1. University graduation or above, majored in English or International Business;
2. Minimum 8 years’ solid experience working in merchandising company handling US customers.
3. Relevant experience in home decor and sundry items is preferable
4. Good computer skill

ORB designs, manufactures and sell high quality and authentic wall art to up-market US customers since 2009. Due to rapid growth, a QA/QC and product development position are opened in the ORB Shenzhen Office.
