Job Summary:
The senior innovation engineer is to run/manage project independently. Lead/coach the team complete assigned task. Identify/implement improvement project to optimize process or efficiency.
Responsibility:
1.Monitor project progress and summarize, report to management at regular intervals.
2.To review customer drawing and requirement, internal die-cutting board and lead sample producing. Lead the implementation of SOP of new product.
3.Analyze product processing technics, additional treatment. Assist purchasing to select raw material supplier.
4.Work with suppliers to get appropriate quality documents for new parts/products, such as PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow, Operator Instruction Sheet, FAI etc.
5.Responsible for new project BOM set-up, maintenance and transfer to production in ERP system before and after project SOP.
6.Solve production quality issue with Eng/QA/Production team.
Requirements:
1.Mechanical, material processing, automotive engineering college or above, bachelor degree is preferred.
2. At least 5years work experience. Experiences in automotive industry is an advantage
3. Familiar with auto parts development process.
4. Be able to use APQP, PPAP and FMEA tools skillfully.
5. Good command of both reading and written English.
6. Excellent computer skills in AutoCAD, Windows&MS office.
7. Team work spirit.
