Advanced Specialist Non-technical Training

Tasks
- In order to support and fulfill talent development competency requirements, this role is to lead certain non-technical training programs to qualify the respective workforce of BMW China and BMW Brilliance Automotive
Key Responsibilities
- As the owner of non-technical training programs, be responsible for the program design, vendor/trainer selection, implementation and evaluation
- Use systematic approach to conduct training needs analysis with customers and stakeholder to define non-technical training program objective, target group and contents, which fits to business requirements, HR strategy and competency requirement
- Develop qualification programs for non-technical job clusters and functions based the analysis of their competency model and the alignment with HRMs and business departments
- Select and qualify external training/consulting service provider or company management for non-technical training program design and delivery
- Ensure programs are implemented timely with high quality based on annual training plan. Evaluate and review training effectiveness for continuous improvement
- Plan and manage training budget and oversee training payment in area of responsibility
- With BMW training methodology, deliver product, process and soft skill trainings as a trainer
- As learning partner, conduct annual training needs analysis with business departments; support and fulfill business departments' special training needs
- Provides value add service to business department in this area giving guidance on content & delivery methodologies etc. for their teams i.e. workshops, meetings, training event
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in HRM, Psychology, business administration or equivalent, Master degree is an added advantage
- Knowledge and expertise in HR, especially in training and people/ talent development
- Advanced project management skills, ability to be effective and make an impact in a fast moving and matrix environment
- Understand deeply which training format fits the needs of the organization; show ability to design courses based on given business requirements independently; show advanced business analytical skills
- Good presentation/ teaching / facilitation skills; be a master of BMW training methodology and capable to deliver trainings
- Strong in communication and steering discussions; good interpersonal and networking competency; work with cross-cultural team and leaders
- Proficient English skills (reading, speaking, listening and business English writing)
- Proficient office computer skills, especially in PowerPoint Presentation
- Team player with strong commercial sense and business understanding to be able to partnership with business
- Experience in training and qualification, organization/talent development, or HRM, 4-6 Years
