Responsibilities
Drive the evolution of digital marketing for YI in the global market and build on the brand’s growing reputation for digital innovation
Drive online advertising and branding campaigns and maintain budget
Manage the day-to-day search marketing activities across the key search engines globally, including the campaign planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, tracking, forecasting and optimization of paid search campaigns, in accordance to the position strategy
Develop integrated digital marketing strategy to build brand awareness, engagement, purchase intent, repeat purchase and brand advocacy
Analyze and report trends, habits and behavior of site visitors and online customers to identify opportunities and improve conversion
Identify innovative ways to enhance consumer interactions with the brand and product online
Study and communicate digital, industry and competitive intelligence and insights
Coordinate with cross-team members on product optimization for search purpose, with inhouse web technical team to implement search engine optimization (SEO)
Requirements
5-7 years of online marketing/communications experience within internet and emerging media
Hands-on campaign management experience using Google AdWords platform
Professional, energetic, creative individual
Excellent communication talent – verbal and written
Solid interpersonal skills
Capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously and working to challenging deadlines
Strong organizational and follow-through skills
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
Fluent in English — since YI has a global team, with customers from all over the world, English will be used in the staff's daily life
