职位描述：

1. 品牌各项KPI指标的达成for reaching KPI of branding;

2. 建立DS品牌发展策略，年度规划和日常品牌活动计划的执行、监控及调；整for establishment of DS branding development strategy, annual planning and review and adjustment of daily branding activities;

3. 对DS创意内容的规划、制作和传播；for building DS planning, making and launching of DS branding creative contents;

4. 整合传统媒体和网络媒体并达到传播效率和效果的最大化；for ensuring the best use of traditional media and new media to most enlarge the effect and efficiency of

5. 相关广告代理公司的管理；for managing agencies

主要职责 Major Responsibilities：

360度创意/媒介/数字营销计 划来触达DS目标人群负责开发及实施品牌广告创意与媒介计划，以最有效率的方式（单车成本）达到销售目标；

Build 360° plan Creative / Media / Digital plan that is able to address DS target groups and reach sales objectives in the most efficient way (CPU)

建立沟通计划在对的时间对正确的人发送正确的信息；

Build contact plan that will deliver the right message to the right people at the right time

产生和实现品牌广告想法，媒介计划来支持销售；

Create and realize brand advertising idea, media plan to support sale.

为全部门提供创意材料且对部门和经销商制作的广告创意物料进行确认生效；

Provide creative material for all departments and validate all campaign materials produced by all departments and dealers

负责制订沟通和媒介计划、计划的执行及效果评估；

Formulate communication and media plan, its execution and evaluation.

建立优秀的数字营销体验和数字营销创新工具。销售线索漏斗分析和展开行动计划来优化销售和市场的效能；

Build best in class digital experience and innovative digital tools

Lead sales funnel analysis and develop action plan to improve efficiency of sales and marketing

对广告代理商进行管理、工作质量及效率进行评估；

Supervise advertising agency, evaluate its working quality and efficiency

制订并管理市场沟通预算，与品牌团队合作，就费用水平达成一致意见，保留当前及预测费用报告；

Formulate and manage market communication budget, work with brand team for common agreements on expenses, keep budget report.

任职条件 Qualifications：

· 在汽车或者奢侈品或者广告代理商领域8年以上经验，有5年左右团队管理经验 ，有甲方市场部管理工作经验

At least eight years’ experience in auto AD field or Luxury or Agency, and five years’ management experience is required, worked in client side Marketing Dept. with management experience

· 媒介/广告经验是必须的Media / Advertising experience is mandatory

· 创新及数字导向思维Innovation combined to data driven mindset

· 大学本科毕业

Bachelor degree

· 出色的英语口头与书面交流技能，出色的沟通技能，有魅力的

Excellent English oral and written communication skills
