Basic Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree
2. 5 years working experience in electronics manufacturing industry, min 3 years project management experiences
3. Good communication skills and proactive attitude, good team spirit
4. Good PC skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint
5. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
6. Leadership Skills: Ability to lead a cross functional team to provide dedicated services to strategic customer. You will have to keep your team motivated, resolve conflicts and make hard decisions where necessary.
7. Analytical Skills: You will also need analytical skills to be able to solve problems. You will be analyzing data and making decisions that affect the project on a regular basis.
8. Willing to be based in XinFeng, Ganzhou, JiangXi

Essential Responsibilities:
1. Lead a cross functional team to provide dedicated services to strategic customer
2. Manage project timelines with task based schedules, for both new projects and repeat orders
3. Make sure all RFQ be responded on time, monitoring cost of the BOM
4. Monitoring gross margin, inventory and accounts receivable, and drive for improvements if it is required
5. Be the focal point for customer, maintain and build good customer relationship


任职要求
1、 大学本科，工程技术类专业优先；
2、 五年以上大中型EMS工厂工作经验，其中三年以上项目管理经验；
3、 很强的计划、执行、沟通及协调能力；积极主动，具有高度责任心，团体合作精神，能够承受较强的工作压力。
4、 电脑操作熟练，能使用各种Office办公软件；
5、 英语六级以上，听、说、写流利，能与国外客户直接沟通；
6、较强的领导力，能够直接领导直接服务于公司战略客户的跨职能团队，善于团队激励，冲突解决以及决策制定。
7、较强的问题分析与解决能力，能在数据分析的基础上就相关项目进行决策
8、愿意在江西赣州信丰县城长期发展。

岗位职责
1、 负责公司所分派的大客户案子，按时完成销售目标；
2、 严格按照业务部的工作流程操作，合理控制成本报价，设计样品的管理与客户实施有效沟通，达成项目合同的签订；
3、 及时反馈客户信息，与公司内部各部门实施有效沟通，使工程师及相关人员充分理解客户要求；
4、 跟踪管理客户定制项目的进度，协调公司内部资源实现客户需求预期；
5、 按期完成各项目款项的回收，如有异常情况及时跟踪反馈；
6、 协调并带领项目团队不断优化和提升客户服务水平，挖掘客户潜力；
7、 模范执行公司的各项规章制度，养成良好工作习惯，不断提高个人综合素质。
