职位描述：

岗位职责　　　　　　　　　
1、在项目经理及资深执行专员的培训指导下，开展相关招聘工作；
2、学习各行业相关知识，分析客户职位需求，协助上级筛选合适人才；
3、了解候选人的职业发展需求，并向候选人介绍、推荐合适岗位；
4、整理和候选人沟通信息，向上级推荐合适人才；
5、协助上级跟进项目进程，如招聘专场。

应聘要求：
1、每周工作4-5天（不含周末），男女不限；
2、大三或大四学生均可，专业不限，有意在人力资源领域长期发展者优先；
3、具有优秀的学习能力，沟通能力、协调能力优先；
4、做事认真细致，具备良好的团队合作意识；
5、熟练使用 OFFICE 操作软件；
