职位描述：
Job Scope & Requirement 岗位说明 :
The Planner is responsible to make the material and production plan,make sure it’s executed smoothly by other departments生产计划员负责制定物料及生产计划，并协同其他部门，确保计划的顺利执行，具体职责如下：
1. Based on the forecast/Sales orders/BOM/stock/material LT, to plan the purchasing orders and production orders manualy根据预测/销售订单/BOM/物料提前期，手工编制采购需求计划和生产计划；
2. Run MRP in Axapta system, check the accurancy, follow up the whole procedure使用ERP运算MRP,确保系统给出正确的建议并并跟踪整个流程；
3. Make manpower plan,facility plan,work calenda base on master production plan根据主生产计划规划人力,设备,工时以准备产能
4. Balance production workload, improve working efficiency 平衡生产产能,有效提高生产效率
5. Good team player and good communication skills, can work well with purchasing department,production department,project department,sales department to ensure each project sucessfully and timely completed,有团队合作精神,有良好的沟通技巧,能和采购,生产,项目,研发部,销售很好的合作,确保每个项目按时有效的完成.
6. Daily report production status to top managemnent for plan vs actual and explain for the delta.向上级经理汇报生产状况以便于做出计划和解释Delta
7. Responsible to out source if order more than production capacity.在订单超出公司称产能力的时候负责外包事项
8. Responsible to down load system number to production and warehouse for cyclecount purpose.为生产和仓库下载系统编号做为循环计数
9. Responsible to keep track of RTV and scrap qty and work with purchasing for materials replacement to close work order.负责跟踪RTV和报废数量，与采购合作更换物料以及时完成订单
10. Responsible to come out the monthly report for the shipment and scrap data for each work order.负责发出每个工单的装运和报废数据的月度报告

Qualifications任职资格：
1. 3 years+ experience as material planner and production planner3年以上生产计划专员的工作经验，对物料计划生产计划比较熟悉；
2. Familiar with LED field有LED行业从业经验的优先
3. Experience to work with an ERP system, experience with Ax Microsoft is a plus.有ERP系统操作经验，操作过Axapta Microsoft的优先考虑;
4. Have a good understanding of supply chain对供应链有良好的认识;
5. Good English language and communication skills良好的英语能力和沟通技巧;
