Your key responsibilities:
Achievement of KPI-targets agreed with the respective customer
Customer cost savings targets
Compliance to contractual specifications
Support all new business acquisition activity by providing operational design/solutions, assessment, gap analysis and risk evaluations which can identify critical functional elements
Establish program management & incubation of new business initiatives which would require extensive oversight, solution & transition to larger programs and to dedicated program managers
Provide coaching and mentoring to operations teams in line with B2X standards, customer expectations and process
Foster program development and support to the regional staff to ensure success
Interface directly with customers on a regular basis and become first point of contact support
Display expert technical knowledge in all of the service elements, including deployment and systems knowledge
Your qualifications:
profound knowledge of service, repair and after-sales processes in the telecommunications or consumer electronics industry
high-ranking university degree in a Master of Science program or a comparable well-founded technical and/or commercial education
minimum of 8 years of successful working experience in after-sales service (mobile phone repair)
Superior negotiating and relationship management abilities and strong cross-cultural communication skills, combined with result orientation, assertiveness and resilience
Experience with KPI reports handling and analysis
Fluent English in written and spoken form
Willingness to travel (this position requires min. 50% travel)
