职位描述：
Digital Marketing Supervisor is responsible for analyzing digital environment, for developing outstanding digital strategy, for optimizing the performance of DS digital ecosystem, for managing agencies and for respecting all budget constraints.数字营销主管需要分析数字营销环境，发展出色的数字营销策略，优化DS数字营销生态系统的表现，管理代理商并且进行预算控制。
 
 
主要职责/Major Responsibilities:

1. Identify digital trends in Automotive and Luxury sectors 认同汽车行业和奢侈品领域数字营销趋势
2. Build strategy that will make DS Brand stand out from competition in an omnichannel approach 在全网络渠道建立DS品牌在竞品中脱颖而出的策略
3. Implement innovative digital approach to ensure the Brand attractiveness 实施有创新性的数字营销解决方案以确保品牌知名度
4. Responsible for developing any brand DS website (corporate, promotion campaign, configuration, dealer locator …) 负责发展DS网站（公司介绍、促销活动、配置器、经销商查询等）
5. Responsible for designing contact plan to prospects / customers 负责设计针对潜客和顾客的沟通计划
6. Ensure the best in class consumer experience on our website (information quality, architecture …) 确保我们网站的最优用户体验（信息质量、网站架构等）
7. Responsible for developing and integrating forms 负责发展和整合表单
8. Improve digital ecosystem for ensuring better conversion rate (traffic to leads, traffic to stores) 优化数字营销生态系统，以确保更好的转化率（访问量至销售线索，访问量至到店客流）
9. Responsible for developing brand content and promotion message to fans, prospects and customers (DS website editorials, Social Media plan, e Direct Mailing ….) 负责对粉丝、潜客和顾客发展品牌内容和促销信息（包括DS网站的编辑，社交媒体计划，电子邮件等）
10. Track digital performance of DS ecoystem and keep optimizing conversion rate 监测DS数字营销生态系统性能，并且优化转化率
11. Manage relationship with Digital Agencies 管理数字营销代理公司
12. Budget control 预算控制
 
任职条件/Qualifications:

1. 5 above years work experiences in Digital and in auto network field在数字营销和汽车网络营销领域5年以上经验
2. At least 1-year management experience is required 有至少一年团队管理经验
3. Bachelor degree 大学本科学历
4. Excellent oral English and written communication skills, pass CET-6 or above 出色的英语口头与书面交流技能，六级及其以上水平 举报 分享
