Job description:

1. Being a business partner and supporter to retail operation function, based on retail operation planning, this role need to develop, manage and implement regional retail marketing strategies and plans.

2. Guided by Head of APAC Corporate PR & Marketing, seeking and coordinating every possible marketing resources from the group to support regional retail business needs.

3. Proactively developing new strategic partners, including shopping mall, media, advertising, PR and event agencies to ensure all planning are on schedules within budget and have met objectives.

4. Conduct timely preparation of product catalogs, promotional materials, event newsletters, social media, merchant handbook etc

5. Collect competitor information on retail exposure/OOH/local events to share so as to react and anticipate. Provide analysis of industrial development, competitors’ status, and customers’ requirements

6. Develop and execute plan to promote and sell products, make the analysis after each promotion so as to evaluate the most effective action in place.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree, major in marketing management is preferred.

2. At least 3 years working experience in marketing function related to luxury/fashion retail industry.

3. Knowledge of sales & marketing strategies
4. Good English & Chinese communication skill
5. Result focused, Strong problem identification and solving capability
6. Excellent command of computer skill, proficient in design software is a big plus
7. Can work under pressure
