职位描述：
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历；
2、8年以上制造业或生产加工行业生产计划工作经验，其中5年以上PMC管理工作经验；
3、熟悉生产管理、物料管理的流程和规范，具备独立建立生产管理流程和规范的能力；
4、具备良好的沟通、协调、执行和控制能力，工作认真负责，雷厉风行；
5、熟练操作ERP及SAP系统，具备一定统计分析能力；
6、有手机工厂PCBA、整机或手机结构件生产计划工作经验者优先。
岗位职责：
1、根据生产订单要求和交期，合理安排、调度、跟踪项目生产的人员、物料、外协加工等；
2、领导公司PMC部的整体工作，组织执行公司制订的各项工作制度，进行生产物料订购、物料采购、生产计划制定及控制、进度控制、仓储管理等工作的督查；
3、制定本部门的工作计划并合理分解，对采购、生管、物控及仓库的各项进度加以审查；
4、建立制定完善的生产与物控运行体系，即从收到销售订单到出货的整体运作程序；
5、控制合理库存，积极主动参与呆滞料预防、控制及处理；
6、沟通协调跟相关职能部门之间的工作，起到公司运行的“神经中枢”作用，并促进跨部门工作的相互支持，为公司的整体运行创造良好的环境、气氛；
7、督促所属下级部门建立工作规程和管理制度，组织员工的培训、指导、考核工作。 举报 分享
