职位描述：
岗位描述：
1. 负责SAP系统标准成本数据维护,实施，采购、生产、仓库、销售各模块之间影响财务的交易的检查。
检查并核对仓库和车间的成本相关单据，协助仓库和生产部门解决在ERP操作中遇到的问题。
SAP Key user, maintain basic standard cost data， check the finance related transaction in SAP module ，Eg. Purchasing , production, warehouse, delivery and sales; support ERP operation of other department.
2. 生产成本核算,分录编制。
Manufacturing cost calculation ,entry booking.
3. 制造费用计算表各科目的计算，并进行制造费用在产成品与在制品之间分摊以及核对。
Manufacturing overhead calculation ， allocate direct and indirect cost between WIP and finish goods.
4. 成本差异的分析,检查成本差异产生的原因，并进行成本差异的调整，同时督促相关部门解决问题。
Cost variance analysis, push the problem solving.
5. 年终对车间和仓库进行实物盘点,汇报存货盘点结果。
Make periodic stock-taking , report the difference.
6. 按项目完工百分比法计提收入,结转销售成本科目审核生产发货记录, 生成应收账款,核对销售收入。
Check the delivery, create AR entries, and Accrue the revenue by percentage of completion method monthly.
7. 固定资产管理，折旧计提。
   Fixed Assets management, depreciation accrue.
8. 每月根据实际收到供应商发票录入SAP系统，每月按时核对应付账款清单。
Supplier invoices booking into SAP，Check the payment list monthly.
9. 项目销售额,毛利,成本分析; 找出问题。
Project revenue,, margin, cost analysis; Find out problems.
10. 编制预算差异报表。
Budget variance report preparation.
11. 负责月底总账结账（对物料类别，物料重量进行检查），核对资产负债表、利润表各科目，清理原料、库存商品、在制品、生产成本等存货相关等科目，以及主营收入、主营成本、费用类科目、固定资产、预提费用、待摊费用等的核对。
Monthly close ， check every account in BS and PL, including Finished Goods, Semi-manufactured goods, WIP, Revenue, COGS, expenses , Fixed Assets, Defferred Assets etc.
12. 月度报税、税务局相关事务处理、年度所得税汇算清缴编制与上报。
 Monthly tax declaration, Annual tax declaration.
对外付汇税务备案；
 Withholding tax registered.
出口免抵退报税及账务处理;
Export VAT Tax refund declaration.
13. 审计资料整理。
Audit cooperation
14. 完成上级领导交待的其他任务。
Other tasks leader assigned.


任职资格：
1.五年以上外资制造企业生产成本核算经验，有SAP B1财务软件经验优先。
5 years foreign manufacturing company experiences, SAP B1 experience is preferred.
2.财务专业大学专科及以上学历。
College degree and above.
3.中级会计师。 China Certified accountant.
4.熟练操作Excel报表技能. 较强的ERP操作经验 。
Strong ability with Excel/ERP/SAP.
5.独立开展工作的能力，能独当一面; 并能在紧急期限内完成工作。
Independent working ability, Work with a rush time.
6.精确的数字能力。
Ability to work out precise figures.
7.精通国家税务法律规范，财务核算，熟悉国家会计法规。
Familiar with Chinese GAAP.
8.熟练使用英文做账及报表，用英文书面沟通。
