POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for scientific design and execution of in vivo Pharmacology studies including data analysis and interpretation of results.
Management and client communication skills are highly required.
Pharmaceutical/biotech experience is a plus.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The responsibilities will be assigned for each position of different levels based on candidate's experience:
· Playing the role in scientific leadership, including study design, literature reference research, project direction, and scientific discussion;
· Taking full accountability on precise execution of the experimental protocol, submission of intermittent data to clients, arrange of operational schedule, documentation of protocol modification/revisions, examination of data quality, interpretation of results, completion of study report, and collation and archive of study related materials according to company's policies and client's requests;
· Ensuring effective completion of multiple studies, including timelines, required technical skills, scientific literatures required, communication with operational staff, proper documentation, and familiarity with the relative standard operation procedures;
· Developing and integrating new models /assays and technology into current evaluation system;
· Contributing to the preparation/submission of invention disclosures, patent applications, technical reports or manuscripts to peer-reviewed journals;
· Proactively participating in collaborative projects.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Ph.D. or M.D. with a specialty in pre-clinical in vivo pharmacology research.
Experience: Strong background in in vivo pharmacology models is critical. More than 1 years of work experience and the experience in biopharmaceutical industrial setting are preferred.
Personality: Mature, open and team player.
Languages: Very good skills in writing and speaking both in Chinese and English.
