工作职责Responsibilities：
1、 全英文教授3到12岁儿童学习；
2、 参与入职、晋级培训及教研活动，并将自己的教学经验进行传播；
3、 负责与家长沟通学员学习情况，做好家校互动；
4、 对学员的学习结果负责，解决学员在英语学习中的疑难，并提供专业的咨询和学习建议；
5、 定期对家长进行回访，做好学员课后辅导；
6、 积极参与学校和部门组织的培训、教研、讲座和会议等活动。
职位要求Requirements：
1、 喜欢孩子，热爱教育；善于分享，有较强的团队合作意识；
2、三年以上工作经验，至少一年以上少儿英语3至12岁全英教学经验，曾担任过主教老师尤佳；
3、正规院校大学本科学历及以上，专业为英语/英语教育，硕士及英语专业八级者优先考虑，至少一年工作经验；
4、英语口语和书写流利，发音标准；
5、愿意接受新的教学理念及教学方法；敢于创新，热衷钻研；
6、积极向上并乐于助人；
7、熟练使用Excel、Word等通用办公软件；
