- Design and improve company sales management processes, meanwhile managing and analyzing corresponding key data of the process
- 规划及优化公司销售管理流程,并且对销售流程的相关数据进行管理及分析
Tasks in operating cycle/具体工作:
- Assist sale function manager design and improve company sales management processes, including but not limited to pricing/discounting/districting/order/stock and etc.;
- Pricing: product pricing process & price approval process
- Discounting: branches sales project special discount application process
- Districting: sales area management
- Order: sales order process, including pre-sales, pre-order, demo and so on
- Stock: company stock management
- SAP-ERP data application and analysis, play as VN SAP key user rules company level
- 协助销售职能经理规划及优化公司销售管理流程,包括但不限于:定价体系/折扣体系/销售区域/销售订单/销售库存,等。
- 定价体系:产品定价流程及价格批准流程
- 折扣体系:支持全国范围(分公司)大型销售项目的特殊折扣申请流程
- 区域:销售区域分配及规划
- 订单:销售订单流程,包含订单前期工作,预下订单,展示车等
- 库存:公司库存管理
- SAP-ERP及CRM数据操作及分析,作为总部层面的主要管理人
任职要求:
- University graduate, CET 6 as a basic requirement, good spoken and written English
- Min. 3 years related working experience in foreign capital enterprise, sales function dept./business/marketing is preferable
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Tools, especially Power Point, meanwhile SAP-ERP/CRM experience is requested
- 大学本科以上学历,通过大学英语6级,并且口语及书写能力优秀
- 至少3年外资企业工作经验,相关销售职能/(或)商务/(或)市场部优先考虑
- 熟悉使用微软办公软件,尤其是Power Point, 同时必须具有SAP-ERP/CRM经验

- Clear thinking with good presentation skill
- Strong communication skill, especially on interdepartmental collaboration
